The Houndstooth Grill, located in our sunlit lobby atrium, features a traditional hunt country theme and serves regional American cuisine. The atmosphere is casually elegant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily, with weekly Sunday Brunch.

The Lobby Lounge offers a full range of liquid refreshments. The bar has eight different beers on tap and complimentary appetizers are served during the cocktail hour, Monday through Friday. Light fare is available from 12PM - 12AM.
Hyatt Fair Lakes has over 7,100 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space. Our Commonwealth Ballroom, renovated on August of 2001, is 4,100 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 450 people. It is divisible into three (3) separate sections for smaller meeting and banquets as well. Our Junior Ballroom, the Virginia Suites, renovated in July of 2001, can accommodate groups of up to 120 people. It is also divisible into three (3) smaller rooms that can accommodate up to 50 people each. A special feature of the Virginia Suites is the private patio courtyard located directly outside each room. This patio is great for outdoor receptions and can even be used for an afternoon meeting or breath of fresh air.
For VIP Board Meetings and Executive Retreats, our three (3) boardrooms are the perfect choice. Choose from a permanent cherry wood boardroom table with executive chairs or a more flexible set up. They can accommodate groups of 10 to 16 people. Hyatt Fair Lakes is a ideal location for your next meeting or social function.
