With it's white gingerbread and peach exterior and casual island décor, guests instantly feel at peace with the tropical surroundings. They can unwind on Key West's only natural beach, take a dip in a crystal clear pool or relax in our spa. Windsurfing and fishing are also popular choices, as well as taking a sunset cruise. Sun spotted terraces and Mexican tile floors, the 150 rooms and suites are island inspired and make waking up in the morning and absolute pleasure. Each of the rooms feature the utmost in modern conveniences that our guests have grown to expect. For those that require more space, we offer 77 junior and one bedroom suites complete with standard ammenities, a seating area, and workplace. Fine dining is another specialty of the house. The Sands restaurant and lounge tempts guest with it's seaside villa atmosphere and the foor and orchestration of the best of the local catch, the flavors and the produce of the islands. On the beach, the Sand Bar offers grilled lunches, frozen tropical drinks and fresh fruit smoothies.

Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a two night deposit at the time of booking. October 25-27, Credit card will be charged for full stay at the time of booking. Resort Fee is 15.61 per day tax included.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be cancelled by 6:00PM, 10 days prior to arrival date to avoid a no-show charge of two night plus tax. For Fantasy Fest, Christmas full stay deposit required. Must cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid losing deposit.
