From the South - Take I-95 N to exit 44 and get onto I-295 N to Exit 31 (Coastal Connector & Topsham). Turn right at the exit which puts you on 196 East. Stay on 196 East for about 2 miles passing 6 traffic lights. Soon after you'll see a sign for Route 1 North. You'll see signs for Cook's Corner exit. Take the Cook's corner exit and proceed through the traffic light for 6/10 of a mile. The Parkwood Inn is on the left. From the North - Take I-95 South. Take Exit 103 (Freeport-Brunswick) and take I-295 South to Exit 31A ( Coastal Connector & Topsham) to 196 East. Stay on 196 East for about 2 miles passing 6 traffic lights.
