Located just two miles west of the Concord Center, the Best Western at Historic Concord offers convenient access to the birthplace of the American Revolution, Concord and Lexington. Surrounded by history and literature such as the homes of Louisa May Alcott, Ralph Waldo Emerson and Nathaniel Hawthorne, as well as Walden Pond (the inspiration of Henry David Thoreau), the Old North Bridge and the Concord Museum provide the visitor with a unique opportunity to observe the lives of these great authors. If outdoor activities are the visitor's pleasure, here at the Best Western at Historic Concord all seasons are covered such as spring and summer with nearby bicycling, canoeing, fishing and hiking or enjoy our own outdoor swimming pool. Certain golf courses in the area are open to the public. Fall brings the wonderful colors of foliage with walks and drives breathtaking to the onlooker. Along comes winter, and not to be outdone by our other seasons, with downhill and cross-country skiing and within a 15 minute drive to Nashoba Ski Slopes. Concord is also convenient to the major Highways 95 and 495 giving guests an endless variety of possible visits to Cape Cod, New Hampshire and Maine.

The Best Western at Historic Concord is conveniently located off Route 2 at the Elm Street turnoff, 7 miles off Interstate 95 West on Route 2 or Interstate 495 going east on Route 2. ·From: West. Take the Interstate 90 East (Massachusetts Pike) and take Exit 11A (Interstate 495 North). Drive approximately 20 miles, then take Route 2 East Exit 29A (Acton-Boston Exit). Drive approximately 7 miles east to the rotary. Turn left at first traffic light past the rotary onto Elm Street and the Best Western at Historic Concord is on the left. ·From: East (Boston). Take the Interstate 90 West (Massachusetts Pike) and take Exit 14 (Interstate 95/128 North). Drive approximately 10 miles on Interstate 95 and exit on Route 2 West Exit 29B (Acton-Finchburg), Drive approximately 7 miles on Route 2 West to the Elm Street turnoff. Turn right onto Elm Street, then left to the Best Western at Historic Concord. ·From: Logan Intrntnl Airport. Take Summer Tunnel/Boston and go through Tunnel to Interstate 93 North. Drive approximately 11 miles on Interstate 93 and take Exit 37B (Interstate 95/128 South). Drive approximately 11 miles on Interstate 95 take the Route 2 West Exit 29B (Acton-Finchburg). Drive approximately 7 miles on Route 2 West to the Elm Street turnoff. Turn right onto Elm Street and the Best Western at Historic Concord is on the left. ·From: Hanscom Airfield.
