We offer 3 and 4 bedroom vacation homes close to Walt Disney World. Each home has its own private pool, fulling screened to allow you to be outside yet free from irritating insects. Heated pools are available on request for additional charge of 35.00 USD plus tax, allowing you to enjoy all-year-round swimming. Pool decks with chairs and table included. Our homes are clean, comfortable and spacious. Individually owned and tastefully furnished, they are all fully air-conditioned and feature cable-TV, VCR and telephone. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, washer and dryer. The bedrooms are spacious, the master with a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet. All linens, towels, cookware, drinking glasses, knives, forks and spoons, iron and ironing board are provided. Each home has a 2 car garage, with direct access from the inside. For the price of a medium-grade hotel you can receive an entire home with its own private pool! Arrive and depart any day of the week and enjoy all the comforts of a home away from home.

This location is just West of the Poinciana Boulevard/Hwy 192 intersection (directly East of marker 10) in Kissimmee. Our office hours are generally 9:30am until 6pm. If you arrive outside of office hours, your key (with directions to your rental home) will be in our lock-box by our entrance door. To open the lock-box: 1. Enter 4-digit code: 0 - 0 - 0 - 0(in that order) PLEASE CONTACT us at 407-787-3662 TWO DAYS previous of you arrival to get the lock box code - if you will arrive after hours. 2. Enter: code number then letter A. ( if you make an error, wait 15 seconds and start again) 3. After removing the envelope with your name on, please make sure that you close the lock-box door, ensure that the box is locked again. TO OUR OFFICE from THE NORTH Take the SOUTH EXIT out of Orlando International Airport and follow signs towards 'Kissimmee and the 417 (South). As you exit the airport and go under the twin underpass, set your tripometer to zero miles. After 3.8 miles, turn right onto the 417 (the Greeneway) heading South (sign reads: 'Tampa/Disney Attractions.') At 5.3 miles pay $1 toll. Continue on 417 - DO NOT EXIT AT EXIT 11 (Kissimmee) At 13.4 miles on 417 pay another $1 toll. Exit 417 at Exit No 6 At 15.7 miles turn left onto 535 South (by the Best Western Buena Vista Suites.) After turning left, stay in the right hand lane. At 17.7 miles (4th light) turn right at the dead end (T-Junction) onto Hwy 192. After turning, stay in the right hand lane. At 18.4 miles cross Poinciana Blvd, look for the big Orange on the right. Soon after the big Orange and directly before mile marker 10, on the right, is The Rock Church Plaza. On the left, just before the Orange and directly before mile marker 10 is The Rock Church Plaza. Turn right and look for unit 5509 TO OUR OFFICE from PORT CANAVERAL 1. Turn onto Hwy 528 (The Beeline Expressway) and go WEST towards Orlando & Tampa. 2. After the tollgate, join the 417 Green Way towards Tampa & Disney World. 3. Leave the 417 at Exit No. 6 following signs '535-South' and 'Tampa & Disney'. Then keep in the left-hand lane. 6. By the Best Western Buena Vista Suites, turn left at the lights onto the 535, going South. 7. At the dead-end (T-Junction) turn right, onto Hwy 192. Cross Poinciana Blvd and look for the big Orange on the right. Soon after the big Orange and directly before mile marker 10, on the right, is The Rock Church Plaza Mall.
