Winter Cancellation Policy -Nov.2/05-Apr.14/06- Reservations canceled 46 or more days prior to arrival incur an 80.00 cancel fee. Reservations canceled 45-31 days prior to arrival incur a cancel fee equal to the first nights lodging fee plus 30.00. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival incur a cancel fee equal to all nights lodging cost plus tax. -i.e. full forfeiture of the prepaid reservation-.
