Via GA-400: From I-285, take GA-400 to Hwy 53 and turn left toward Dawsonville. Go for approximately 20 miles to Steve Tate Hwy and turn right. Check in at the Century 21 building, which is the first building on the right side of Steve Tate Hwy. Via I-95 North: Take I-75 North to 575 515 North. I-575 will become 515 North Ball Ground Nelson. Take 515 to first traffic light & turn right onto Hwy 108. Go approximately 2 miles to the 4-way stop and continue across to Hwy 53 East. Go approximately 8 miles to Steve Tate Hwy and turn left. Check in at the Century 21 building, which is the first bilding on the right side of Steve Tate Hwy. Via I-75 South Rome Fairmount exit- Turn left on Hwy 53 East. Go approximately 47 miles to Steve Tate Hwy and turn left. Check in at the Century 21 building, which is the first building on the right side of Steve Tate Hwy. Via I-85 Braselton-Winder Exit- Turn right on Hwy 53 West also know as McEver Rd. After you turn right on Hwy 53, you will see a sign that indicates you are within the Gainseville City limits. Watch road signs closely. When you get to the intersection where K-Mart is located which is McEver Rd. & Dawsonville Hwy, turn left to stay on Hwy 53 West Dawsonville Hwy. Continue on through Dawsonville to Steve Tate Hwy and turn right. Check in at the Century 21 building, which is the first building on the right side of Steve Tate Hwy. Alternate Route Hwy 129 11 North to Gainesville about 15 miles- Turn left at the light by Best Western Motel Hwy 369 going toward Dawsonville. Turn right at the light on Hwy 53 Connector John W. Morrow Hwy. Continue approximately 35 miles on Hwy 53 through Dawsonville and turn right on Steve Tate Hwy. Check in at the Century 21 building, which is the first building on the right side of Steve Tate hwy.
